The Sun is Shining, Weather is Sweet...

Beer gardens were heaving, beer bottles were empty, music was blasting and BBQs were being had left, right and centre, which must mean one thing: THE BRITISH SUMMER IS HERE! As the roofs came down, the streets of Manchester became one big catwalk as we all whipped out our best summer wear to make the most of the sunshine and try and catch the beginnings of a tan. However, representing those that think it is "impossible to be burnt by the English sun" and ignore the sun lotion rules that our Mother's taught us, I am now the proud owner of some red strap marks, a pink colour chest and to top it off some lovely bright red arms - just brilliant! Whipping out the tunes to get me and the clan in the summer mood, we saw off Saturday with a bit of Bob Marley, followed by the likes of Green Day's 'Holiday' and 'Bullet in a Bible', some Pendulum classics and the mistress that is Annie Mac to help the BBQ and Saturday night festivities on the way, taking us all back to those who remain the best in Music... Let's hope the weather stays B-E-A-UUUTIFUL for Pendulums notorious electrifying performances all over the UK this May, Green Day's open-air gigs in June (which I am most excited for) and Annie Mac Presents...in London this June!
